We had a very nice relaxing time in Nelson catching up with friends and family. Nina and Gus settled well over the 2 days. On our final morning we went to Nelson market and met Sue for coffee before saying goodbye. It was very sad saying goodbye to Nina and Gus but I think they're going to be taken care of very well by Bill and Trish. Shortly after lunch we flew to Auckland. In Auckland we voted in the NZ elections and caught up with David and Nicky and had dinner with Barry. We also checked out a rental property in the hope of securing it before we come back. The place looked good and we expressed an interest but we've yet to hear. So now there's 2 hours to go before our flight to Hong Kong and the start of our well deserved holiday.
